What is the difference between FSX with Acceleration and FSX Gold?

Can you run FSX Gold with Acceleration?

FSX gold is FSX deluxe and acceleration all in one box.

I was told that FSX Gold is simply FSX Deluxe Edition and FSX Acceleration packaged together. FSX Deluxe Edition has the SDK; Standard Edition did not.
