AvHistory 1% Aircraft General Statement and Installation Instructions
It is the intention of the AvHistory 1% project to over time build the most accurate aircraft that the CFS3 software can support. The development of a 1% aircraft requires specific and in many cases dramatic changes to the aircraft delivered with the MS game as well as the addition of aircraft built from the ground up by third parties which were never included in the original MS game. We believe that because the AvHistory 1% aircraft are materially different they should not be mixed with "box stock" aircraft in online combat.

Fw-190A-5 BUTCHER BIRD
This aircraft was built by Gregory SARGE Pierson using version 2.85.12 of the AvHistory 1% Assembly Line process. It is based on the stock MS Fw-190.
The outstanding new paint by Dan Swart represents the famous aircraft Wk-Nr 2594 of Major Hermann Graf, Gruppenkommandeur of Jagderganzungsgruppe Ost, based at Bussac in Southern France during the summer of 1943.
Hermann Graf was the first pilot to score 200 confirmed victories. This achievement was done in only thirteen months. On September 16th, 1942 after his 172nd victory, he was awarded the Diamonds to his Knights Cross and is one of only nine pilots to have been awarded the Diamonds. Major Graf was the only wearer of the Diamonds to actually fly in the Defense of the Reich during the war. He was personally assigned by Reichsmarschall Herman Goering to form a group for hunting RAF Mosquitoes after they broke up a rally he was holding.
