A two-seat reconnaissance seaplane operated by the Imperial Japanese Navy.
It entered service in late 1944. A total of 256 were built .It was equipped with dive brakes,
located in the front legs of the float struts, to allow it to operate in a secondary role as a dive bomber.
Entering service at a time when Japan had lost air superiority, they suffered heavy losses during
the Philippines campaign and most surviving E16As were expended in suicide attacks in the Okinawa area.

This plane has been put through FSDS v2.24 to add breaking wings. The model has been reworked and all the animations were redone with the built in FSDS animator.
