Carrier Sinking Deck Problem Fix

This scenery package is designed to correct the nagging problem of carrier decks sinking (or more correctly carriers lifting above the level of the hard deck) when AI parking is added to carriers. I have created the files to fix every carrier I can find on the net, both freeware and payware. (46 Carriers) The only ones left out are the Alphasim Big E Carriers which will be addressed in an upcoming Ver2 Install release.
