This is a completely rebuilt version of Polebrook, Station 110 of The Mighty Eighth. Home base of the 351st Bomb Group. From April 1943 until July 1945 the 351st flew 311 missions from Polebrook. From July to September 1943, Major Clark Gable was filming the documentary 'Combat America' at Polebrook. AI file for four Polebrook repaints of the Wings of Power B-17 by Chuck Lawsen included.
