FS 2004 - De Havilland Vampire Italian Air Force
The post-war Italian Air Force (Aeronautica Militare Italiana) was a large user of the Vampire, obtaining an initial batch of 5 FB.5s in 1950, followed by 51 FB.52 in 1951.
Two models: DH100 in service with the 6° stormo based in Napoli-Capodichino in 1952, and the DH113 NF54 in service with the Scuola Turbogetti (Fighter School) at Amendola (Foggia) in 1955.
