This is a repaint ONLY. The "FSX/P3D C-47 V2 or one of the V3 versions by Manfred Jahn and Jan Visser and the team is required. This was created with the official paint kit from photos and the artwork is all had drawn by me.
History: G-AMRA is a Douglas C-47B, construction number 26735 built in 1944 for the USAAF with serial 43-49474. Almost immediately after being delivered she was transferred to the RAF as Dakota C3 with RAF serial KK151. She served with Squadrons 243, 525 and 238 among other squadrons.
After RAF service she was sold to Starways; then Airwork then after a few months sold to Transair. She also served with British United Air, Morton Air Service, British Island Airways, Lease Air/Eastern Airways and finally with Air Atlantique which is how she was "Empire Airways" a fictitious airline for the Agatha Christie Hercule Poirot episode DEATH IN THE CLOUDS which the repaint represents.
