c/n 200. First flew March 1938 with a Jacobs L-5 engine as a Model 50J. Converted to Floats for testing and flew from Ottawa to Winnipeg on a demonstration trip, doing odd freighting jobs along the way. In July 1938 Jacobs L-6B engines replaced the L-5's. Leased to United Air Transport on 8 August 1938. On 14 August at Lower Post B.C. the aircraft stalled and crashed and although there were no injuries, the floats, lower wing and nose was damaged beyond repair.
