2D panel addition for SWingman's outstanding

16:10 widescreen ratio, optimized for 1680x1050 screen resolution
Although the Duck's VC is really awesome, I'm pretty confident there are still lots of users preferring a decent 2D panel.
I have created this panel by using a screenshot of the VC as background bitmap. VC remained unaltered.
This panel will look quite odd on a CRT screen with 4:3 aspect ratio (anyone still using this?).
As the texture of wings and struts is included with the panel bitmap, it won't match with different exterior paints such as Navy Blue. Hope you can live with it...
