This is a repaint only for the Junkers Ju-52 by Oliver Fischer. This repaint is in the markings of the France based Ju-52 F-AZJU, owned by Amicale Jean-Baptiste Salis. During restoration it was determined that this is not a CASA 352L, but a German-built Junkers Ju-52/3M, assembled by CASA. It served with the Spanish Air Force as T.2B-212 until 1976, when it was then sold as G-BECL. Its current owners acquired it in 1990 and have beautifully restored this aircraft and fly it regularly. The EADS logo (European Aeronautic Defence and Space) is not WWII era correct but marks the assistance provided by the company in returning this Ju-52 to the air. The aircraft is finished in the markings of a Luftwaffe Ju-52/3mg5e of KG zbV 172 used during the Crete invasion of 1942.
