C-47A paratroop dropper repaint for the 96th Troop Carrier Squadron (6Z) of the 440th Troop Carrier Group. Lieutenant Suhr passed away recently, and his grandson requested a repiant of his Grafdfathers aircraft. According to the flightlog, this aircraft appears as it was during its ferry flight.
