The Macchi MC.205 was one of the best fighters of the 'Regia Aeronautica' (Royal Italian Air Force) and, after Italian armistice, of the A.N.R.(Aeronautica Nazionale Repubblicana) during the WWII.This aircraft belonged to the 3rd Squadriglia of 1st Gruppo Caccia of A.N.R.(Aeronautica Nazionale Repubblicana), based on Reggio Emilia Airport during June 1944.
