This repaint depicts a Messerschmitt Bf-109 K-4 of either JG 52 or JG 26, which crash-landed behind Allied lines in May 1945. The state of German industry and the Luftwaffe is well illustrated by the very rough paint scheme applied, and the thin layers of paint which resulted in rapid wear and unusual tones. Colour photographs of this particular aircraft were used in the making of these textures. Textures only, for the Flight Replicas Bf-109K.
