Repaint for the A2A/Shockwave/WoP P-51D, depicting the restored warbird "City of Winnipeg" in RCAF 402 Squadron's markings (1951-1958 era). The real aircraft, USAAF serial 44-63476, P-51D-20NA, was sold to the Uruguayan Air Force in 1950 and crashed on August 8, 1956 in the Rio Negro River while on training mission, the pilot was killed. The aircraft was salvaged in 1992 and made its first flight after restoration in 2004, now under the civil registration N63476. These are texture files only! Prior installation of the A2A/Shockwave/WoP P-51D is required. This repaint was done using the magnificent paint kit by John Terrell.
