Kingfisher. This set contains three repaints depicting the leaders of the three sections of Observation Squadron Five, based aboard the battlewagons of Battleship Division Five in 1941: USS Texas (red section), USS Arkansas (white section) and USS New York (blue section.) BatDiv 5 was assigned to the Atlantic Squadron (not yet a "Fleet") and its aircraft carried the "Neutrality Star" on the cowling to signify participation in the "Neutrality Patrol," the euphemistic term for America's anything-but-neutral operations against the Kriegsmarine in support of the Royal Navy prior to the US's entry into WW2.
