P-47C 41-6187 was the aircraft flown by Capt Robert "Junior" Priser of the 334th FS/4th FG, UK, 1943. He left the 334th in november 1943 for the 9th AF. "Kid" Hofer scored his first victory in this a/c on his first mission. Repaint for the Shockwave P-47D by Jan Kees Blom, artwork by Don Allen.
