42-22668, a P-47D-4, was the last aircraft flown by Medal of Honor winner Col. Neel E Kearby, CO of the 348th FG, Finschhafen, New Guinea, March 1944. He was very succesful with this aircraft, but was also killed flying it. Repaint for the Shockwave WWII Fighters P-47D by Jan Kees Blom.
