P-51D 46FS Iwo Jima "Mary Alyce" (3146) Flight Simulator 2004 (Re-Paint)

P-51D 44-63451 was assigned to 1Lt Robert J. Louwers of the 46th FS/21st FG. A replacement pilot, Lt Louwers had 140 hours in P-40's and 82 hours in P-51's. He flew 9 VLR missions over Japan, and also served as photography officer for the 46th. His aircraft was named after his wife, but it is not certain she is depicted on the side of the aircraft. Repaint of the Shockwave WWII Mustang by Jan Kees Blom, based on paintkit by John Terrell.
