Lt. William H Hehn of the 434th Fighter Squadron was the assigned pilot of P-51D 44-14596 L2-X "Rumboogie Jr". The aircraft was lost on 23 Dec 44, with Lt. Tom D Neely becoming a POW. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by John Terrell.
