This is a repaint only for the WWII Fighters P-51D. If I was to own a Mustang this is how I'd want it to look. The color scheme is that of Lt. Harold Scott's 434th FS P-51D, "The Yakima Chief," based at Wattisham, England, 1945. The repaint represents a modern flyer, polished and lacking gun smoke and stains, though as a restoration it is extremely authentic - I've registered it as N51JT. The repaint contains the factory "filled, sanded and painted wing" as well as nearly all factory stencils.
