North American P-51D20-NA of the 375th FS piloted by,now Colonel, John D Landers in Germany during May and June of 1945. After the hostilities in Europe were over, the Air Force did a little swapping of group commanding officers around. One of those swaps involved the 78th and 361st fighter groups 375th FS/361st FG.
