Repaints for the Stuart277 Leander class cruisers 2026-09-05

Light cruisers wore standard light or medium gray camouflage in the Mediterranean and dark gray in the North Atlantic. Disruptive camouflage patterns varied according to deployment; these schemes utilized two to four colors in designs of varying complexity, such as the "Alexandria" pattern worn by the *Ajax* and *Leander* classes in 1942–43. In late 1940, *Ajax* was painted "Mountbatten Pink." Generally speaking, camouflage schemes became increasingly simplified over time.
