This is not a typical repaint.
First, the primary textures were completely revised with every aspect of the exterior fuselage, including front windscreen, sliding canopy section, machine gun ports, vertical stabilizer, exhaust section, etc., etc. being reworked.
Second, in addition to revamped primary textures the correct markings have been added for "Father Dan" F-86E-10-NA 51-12738, 25th Fighter Interceptor Squadron / 51st Fighter Interceptor Wing flown by 2/Lt. Sam P. Young, Jr., USAF.
Special Note: The Korean War ended on July 27, 1953. On July 22, 1953 while flying as an element wingman for Major John H. Glenn, Jr., USMC during a sweep over the Yalu River, Lieutenant Young scored his first and only MiG-15 victory. That victory was later officially credited as the last MiG-15 kill of the war.
