Update FM for Alpha F7F-3 Tigercat.zip 2024-05-16

Updates the Tigercat to -3 specs for the RTW. Uses the best available data I have for this plane. It is equipped with ADI, but it's use is restricted to 5 min, per normal FS9 convention.
