This B-24J-185-CO 44-40920 was produced at Consolidated's San Diego plant. It was assigned to the 531zt Bomb Sqdn, 380th Bomb Group, 5th AAF, flying out of Darwin, Australia and Mindoro, Philippines. The Liberator survived the war, having flown 97 missions and was smelted down at Kingman, AZ. These textures represent how "Shy-Chi Baby" looked after the war, but just prior to returning to CONUS. Requires the original PAYWARE Alpha-Sim aircraft.
