The EB-66E is a specialised electronic reconnaissance conversion of the RB-66B, developed from the B-66 "Destroyer" which is based on the US Navy's A-3 "Skywarrior". Douglas Aircraft's designer Ed Heinemann has built some elegant airplanes for sure, but maybe this one is the most beautiful of them. This rendition depicts S/N 54-0531 assigned to 39th TEWS, 36th TFW, based at Spangdahlem AB, Germany, as it appeared in 1972 in its southeast asia camouflage scheme. It's a pretty much worn airplane at the end of its operational life... These are texture files only! Prior installation of the former Alphasim (now Virtavia) freeware "B-66 Destroyer" Package is required.
