This is the USS St. Louis CL49 created from the USS Helena CL50 model from here.

Since there are no names or hull numbers it can be used for any of the four cruisers in the class: Honolulu, Phoenix, Helena or St. Louis.

I have also included the CCP entries and positions for the 2 catapults.
