Textures only for Tim "Piglet" Conrad's Vought OS2U Kingfisher. This set contains three repaints depicting four section leaders (red, white, blue & black) from a selection of Inshore Patrol Squadrons assigned to the Naval Air Stations at Cape May NJ, Quonset Point RI and Brooklyn NY. VS-2D1 at Brooklyn seems to be the only unit to receive a full compliment of twelve aircraft before the adoption of camouflage, so its plane number ten was probably the only Kingfisher in the Navy to carry black section markings. The "Neutrality Star" on the cowling signified participation in the "Neutrality Patrol," the euphemistic term for U.S. participation in the Battle of the Atlantic in support of the Royal Navy prior to America's entry into World War Two.
