Bay in March 1975. The writing on the crew door says: 'Flown By HRH Prince of Wales 27th July 71'. Shortly after, 392 was resprayed with matt paint and the inscription was not replaced. Later, 392 was transferred to No 35 Squadron and in those markings it ended its days on the fire dump at RAF Valley.
(NOTE: Unfortunately the only model in the Just Flight pack with a TFR also has Olympus 301 engines and a RWR, neither of which were found on the original XL392.)
