This is a package to add Gramp's AI F4F Wildcatfish and a pre 1942 PBY to Wake Island and Midway Island sea plane bases. This is a standard Scenery folder, add as you would any other scenery.
Also download the following files from Flightsim.com to get the PBY and better scenery for Wake Island (not neccessary).
