This texture is for the excellent Wings of Power P-51D/H pack. Lil' Margaret was a P-51D converted over to the photo reconnaissance version, the F-6D. The main mission was to get in quick, take pictures of the target, and get out, the main rule was to avoid enemy conflict, though some pilots did not obey by the rules. Clyde B. East of the 10th Photo Recon Group, was to end up shooting down 13 enemy planes, in his F-6D, "Lil' Margaret." Today, one the most finest restored, and one of the most rare Mustangs in the world, flies in these markings, as a tribute to the heroic actions of Clyde East.
