Just when you think you have everything running some what better...

You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.

    1. November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
    2. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
    3. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
    4. November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.

If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.

To keep you updated Tom Clayton has offered to post updates on AVSIM forums.

    Thank you for your support.

🏎️🏁 Formula One: 2025!

Amazing how difficult it is for Hamilton to adjust to the Ferrari. I doubt he will serve his full term there.
Agreed 100%
Looking back on his career, I'm satisfied with knowing that no driver has ever had to deal with the team mate challenge as he has for his whole career (Button, Alonso, Rosberg, Russell, LeClerc)

I believe it's very much the culture effect.
Hamilton has been with MB too long, while I would not say he's been complacent, I think comfortable is fitting.
Going into the legendary team that is Ferrari, the Italian way of life, and a team that does things their way, where drivers input is not regarded
very highly seems to have shaken his confidence. The move should have been kept quiet, the resulting hype train consequently built up the expectations of the masses only for them to fall flat! I do feel for Hamilton, never a fan but one who acknowledges him as a great driver of his generation. Perhaps retirement would be a fitting end to his career, sadly, 2025 will not end on a high note.

Nice to see the season finish with 3 drivers having a mathmatical chance of winning the driver's championship in the season finale!

After Zandvoort the season seemed over, with Oscar thirty points ahead of Lando and 104 ahead of Max..
