Part of the fading Greatest Generation. I met a gent in church today who served in the US Navy during WWII. He mentioned to me he never left the states,...as much as he wanted to serve aboard a ship. Nevertheless,.....ALL VETS deserve a salute an a handshake on Memorial Day. Or throughout the year as well.
