Not being at home I can't give you the author, but via SAE one author has written large volumes on the R2800 and R3350. I have the R2800 volume which runs about 750 pages. It has been quite valuable for modeling the dynamics of that engine for the many such equipped aircraft that I have done flight dynamics for.

Note that individual installations varied significantly in power outputs vas altitude, depending on the application.

The R2800 Pratt and Whitneys Dependable Masterpiece is by Graham White, published by SAE International. Other books by White include a book on the R3350 and one on Allied aircraft engines of WWII.
