• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

1950 Auto Test

Well I did it but my score was so embarrassingly low that I won't bother posting it. :redf:

Mind you I did grow up on the other side of the pond so most of those cars I had never seen before. I'd like to see a similar quiz for UK cars of the same period though.

You didn't see me post my score either. Started out hot then it got coold. Some were before my time and that's my excuse. :icon_lol:

Damn I missed one,I thought the one Mercury was a 54 and it was a 52.couldn,t see the taillight.

I got a 36 out of 48...but I think that shows I'm 55 years old and grew up in a small town where people didn't trade cars very often!

Marc

They were all WAY before my time :)icon_lol::running:), and I got 69%

Pretty PO'd about it... That's an F, isn't it? At least, it used to be - now I think its a D.

You know for the life of me, I could not find the two I missed, but I did good, missing only two. I would not do as well should a quiz of 1980-today be queried. I know my 50s.
