• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

So how did I miss this one Ferry???
Must be getting old.
Source please if you don't mind, I really want to get behind the wheel of the Lotus 72D ....... :jump:

Doing a little inventory: I now have F1 cars from 1967, '71, '75, '79, '88, '90, '91 and '93. From 1955 I have a Mercedes W196 and from 1983 a Brabham BT52. Formula 2 cars come from 1976 and 1978.

Not a bad collection IMHO!

Thanks Ferry.
I might check my 'garage' as a matter of interest, haven't had a lot of free time as my youngest brother (the one who had a stroke 12 months and a few days ago) has been going downhill at an alarming rate since December.
We gave up counting his life expectancy in years down to months and at this point we are working with weeks, but in all honesty, it has almost become days.
Stuff happens and one can only take it one day at a time.
Enough doom and gloom, I must give these beauties a quick lap or two while I have a little time, I doubt anyone will bother me at 01:12.

:ernae:
And a PS:Don't bother with the 1997 F1 Mod, it is really bad!
