1) recently bought the aircraft factory corsair. waaayyy cool model. the pdf says 3 notches of flaps. i can't get mine to lift off before 120 knots, and even then, it's close to stall. what am i doing wrong? it seems awful ponderous for such a powerful prop fighter, until you get up to at least 160 knots

2) i recently tried to install "bear camp research" from this site. i can't get it to load. i followed the instructions but when i go to my add on scenery library to activate it, it just wants me to keep clicking on stuff and doesn't load the scenery

3)am getting an error message: scenery cfg file error. invalid remote scenery path in scenery area .121. click ok to continue.
how can i fix this?

I never use more than one or two notches of flap on the A2A F4U. Sounds like too much drag with three. Trickiest part of flying the Corsair is on and after rotation with all the R2800 torque! After getting some airspeed though you can trim it out and even fly hands free (no AP) - very satisfying piece of payware (too many I have are not . .).:wavey:

Regarding the Corsair;
Dump those original flight dynamics, in favor of this. Just be sure to read the manual!

No way that airplane should have to try that hard to get off the runway. I have the same airplane, never touched the FDE and I agree with expat (1 maybe 2 notches/flaps). The Corsair should have no trouble getting airborne and should be increasing speed as she goes, not having to level off to gain airspeed.

I assume this is FSX. I've probably forgotten most of what I knew about that Sim, but I do remember that when adding scenery to the scenery library, once you double-click the scenery folder and click "ok" you also have to "right-click" inside the box once to activate it. Just selecting the folder and clicking ok twice won't do it.

Sorry, no idea on that one, I've never seen that error.
