3D Light Effects for taxing and landing using the VC mode

SOH-CM-2022
These light effects may be of interest to some of you. I was working with some Russian airliners and they used some lighting effects that I could not identify. After searching on Google, I found them at a site - http://www.eighth-sky.net - the free downloadable file includes a number of interesting lights for taxi , wheelwell, and nosewheel lights. They are basically for sim users that fly mostly VC. The lights automatically appear and disappear on takeoffs and landings. If interested, check it out.

Interesting...

The readme is in gobbledygook, so: what's it do?
Is it similar to A2A 3D lights?
Screenshot would be nice...

It must be similar to the freeware 3D lights effect that was bundled with the famous boat addon, right ?
I've been using those freeware 3D lights with some of my favorite planes, and there's even a tutorial that can be downloaded from Simviation.com...

EDIT: here is how they were looking like from the cockpit:

And from the outside, when I installed them on the Merlin and the An-225:

I think it should work in FS9 too.
I reviewed the topics that were created for this addon when it was discovered some months ago, but I recognize there isn't any feedback from FS9 users... Just try it, it won't cost a penny anyway.

EDIT: from what I could read in a topic on another forum, the texture(s) used by the effet might have to be edited (transparency) for the effect to work in FS9.
If this is true, then I'm sorry for the bad information :/
