If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

I am in deep po-po
3 weeks ago my laptop died and today my big computer died, looks like a total loss, but everything was backed up on another hard drive.
1 question?
all my data was windows 7 64 bit, can a 32 bit XP unit read this data like stuff in my documents folder and pictures?

I am curently on my 2.5 year old APad, this sucks and I am limitted to what I can do, boy do I miss iespell, lol

I thought NTFS was NTFS, either 64 or 32 bit. I have my lap top (32bit Windows Vista) networked to my 64bit Win7 machine, and they trade files back and forth all the time.

You can transfer documents and pictures from any hard drive, whether its 32 bit or 64 as long as the hard drive is not bad.

Absolutely... Most of my saved files on me backup drive were done with WinXP 32bit. I am using them (Including FS Files) on a Win7 64bit 'puter just fine.
