Recently I downloaded 9th FS 49th FG Revised version. After I set it up, I noticed Their were no layouts or GSLs. Is this a glitch? I have some trouble with Port Moseby airfields. Few trees, etc. Can I use Pactex? Can you use Talon's png1 with it?

No GSL is included. Back when I did this campaign, GSL was a mystery to me so all the airfields used API objects, or are .bgl objects called in the missions. Talon's png1 is an add on to this campaign so yes you can and should use it.

I think Pactex should work OK.
