Off topic; KAPC? I grew up in Napa. Went back in the 80s on business and found it hadn't changed that much, which is a good thing!

Yeah I just got the Kodiak last week on that flightsim of the day deal. I havent flown it much yet as I have been zipping around in the Epic so far, but from what I can tell the Kodiak is a fine plane, might be worth taking the amphib up to Lake Berryessa 
Yeah I am living in Napa for the time being, most of it is still the same since the 80s, tho they have built up the old downtown a bit along the river, I recommend taking a google earth/streetview trip through it, it looks pretty nice actually
