Hi all.

I Dosn`t like the Ship Sink Animation of the Ships.

Can i Change this or is it hardcoded?

A Capsize Animation or half Capsize and sinking?

It might be hard code but it could be a matter of changing the DP. I haven't looked at it my self. Check Jaxon's site and look through Nibbio's and Nanni's as well. There may be something in there. Thats all I've got. look Through so DPs and see if there are changes.

while we are on the subject of effects, does anyone have a thin smoke stack effect for a chimney or stove pipe?

I'm planning on getting back to my tents soon and I want one for a winter theme.

I didn't have the chicago smoke. I'll see what I can do with it. Maybe something a little wispy-er.

ElsnerMarkus,

I know you can add the debris it the DP. but as far as changing the way the ship sinks I don't know.

I'm pretty sure this has been discussed before several times over the years. IIRC the problem is that ships only have two states, intact and sunk. The transition between the two is a gradual 'going down' of the intact model until it vanishes. There are no intermediate damage models like breaking parts on a plane. Down they go and thats it I'm afraid.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong..

I know effects are different, they linger for 'x' time but no other visuals like heeling, listing, etc of the ship are possible?
