A few DG Hunter "repaints"

Have a safe trip Henk. I'm afraid you took the wrong period to visit our country. The weather was lovely here the last few weeks, but now its raining quite hard and the weather forecast is promising us more rain and low temperatures.

Nevertheless, enjoy!

Thank you guys :jump: But in all fairness the kudos must go to Garwood that gave us an excellent paintkit. I didn't have to work hard with the repaints :ernae:

This is by now one of my top ten aircraft for fsx. Here a few more:

Yep, quite a masterpiece, even though it's a nightmare to land the darn thing. :p

And is the brake chute switch just a gimmick or is there a real chute?

Also: What about the famous Swiss "Papyrus" one?

There were other farewell liveries as well, but I couldn't find any usable pictures of them so far.

Also, any chance for some swedish liveries? :)

And, interestingly enough, the Lebanese Air Force has put four Hunters back into service in 2008!

Very nice paints Henry:jump:
I'll be adding a few of those.

@ Bjoern, the brake chute does work visually, although there isn't any braking effect. Arm the switch prior to touchdown.

Not yet, i need to finetune the paints, should be finnished in a couple of days :blind:

Bjorn:

The payrus scheme sure is ugly(in my opinion :icon_lol:) But some swedes are in line

Looking very good! What about a Lebanese AF Hunter? They have recently been put back in service and are probably among the last Hunters in operative service in the world. Pics at airliners.net....

BTW, great to see the Danish F.51 (F.4)!

Is the first one a Abu Dhaban FGA.76?

There isn't a FGA.76 so i aplied the textures on a F6:kilroy:
Anyway, those wil be tha last for a while, im taking a break, it was real fun to paint Garwoods Hunter :jump:

Nice!

I believe the FGA.76 was build to FGA.9 standard with the tail chute. The same goes for the Leb AF Hunter.
