A fun little versatile twin jet

Many of you may have already tried this one out, but I found it totally by accident while looking for specs on the A-37. It's the Saab-105, and it was listed as a similar mission type aircraft to the A-37. I checked around and found one on Simviation. The download size is about 56meg I think, but much of that is taken up by the exhaustive number of variations, each with it's own panel setup and model. I whittled that down to 4 variants and after tweaking a few things got into just flying it for a while. If you downloaded and kept it, then you must find it redeemable to some extent. . .if you didn't keep it. . .understandable. . .if you haven't ever seen one before. . .here's a few pics! Nice little airplane!!

Unfortunately the beta version is not FsX native, and I usually don't fly port-overs but I do love this little aircraft and it has been part of my Fs installs since Fs2002 so I'm definitely keeping it!
The beta does have a few new models compared to the old Fs9 version, including camera and gun pods.

Got it installed and I like the Beta Version, despite it's not being native FSX (doesn't bother me, I fly more portovers than native anyway). The one thing I find mildly funny is that all the performance info, checklists, etc are in English, but the things that I will actually use, like the switches and gauges. . .(all labeled in German), the manual for that stuff is in German, lol.:isadizzy:

I think its simply superb , nice little freeware you can even fly your family to a great holiday ... or my case my cat 'Marsbar' for the Tiger meet or in his case the 'Garfield' meet :icon_lol:

Ed, don't know where I got it from but I have an English version: SAAB105_Usermanual_english.pdf (dated 9-Sep-2004). PM me if you want it then I will put it on Box Cloud and send you the download link.

cheers, Henk.

Thanks Falcon for the heads-up. This is an outstanding little jet. Most enjoyable flying. I would have never found it on my own.
