I help Mrs Willy with the housework and was going to fold a basket of laundry that had been taken out of the dryer a bit earlier. I picked up a towel and found this under it.

The dog is not crazy Willy, of course it knows that a basket full of warm clothes, freshly out of the dryer, is the BEST spot for a nap.
 
That's actually the definition of "Warm", at least to our dogs.
They do the same thing.
When they do that, I look at them and say "Warm?", and get a smile and a tail wag back.
 
I'll put off making our bed if our cats and/or dog are napping on it. They just love ruffled cavers and I, of course, LOVE making beds.

The first stop for all laundry fresh out of the dryer is to pile it on the couch and let the pup jump in and start tunneling. I usually don't start folding it until the warmth wears off a little. Even then I sort of feel guilty about taking his hiding spot away.

Oh, our two pooches love when I bring up the laundry and drop the sheets or towels on the floor while the clothing is folded. No matter how hot it is weather wise, Brutus and Hazel will dig themselves a cave into the center of the sheet/towel pile and zonk right out.
