I remember years ago when I used to fly right seat with the Mid Atlantic Caravan for DHL out of our feeder station. The Van is a rock solid bird for sure. The only real negative was that single engine turbine time really doesn't pipeline up like twin turbines or even piston twins do unless you stay in the same company and they have a larger bird to move up into. That's where the Van got it's other less known name, the "Single Engine Trap". I heard this model was a real winner. I think I will have to break out the dough when the slabside model comes out & relive some old memories.
