A local Tuskegee pilot passes away

Sad news, for another hero is gone from our midst. It was just a few weeks ago that the 301st FW Honor Guard and other members of the Sq. gave Mr. Moore and the surviving Airmen a "Heroes Sendoff" at DFW Airport as they headed for Montgomery, Ala. and a special "Evening with the Tuskegee Airmen" Banquet. He had the same smile and pleasant demeanor as they waited for their flight. They spoke freely with everyone who came out to see them off and posed for pictures. Sad to see him go. RIP Airman Moore.:salute::medals::salute:
