A Lockheed "Rounder"

I am already working on a punch list of changes and I appreciate the things that have been mentioned here and by PM.

If you find issues, please report here.

Not sure I can address all of them but will do what we can.

Ed, Each of our aircraft will have self-contained gauge folders so it is fine to change the gauge faces for all the Harpoon series in the ST_Harpoon folder. . . . . .

So, please do change the face as necessary and share with us if you will.

Here are some screens of the face bitmap and two shots in-sim. Also dropped the black arc that was there and made the background for the flap bitmap solid black so it would look better against the face background. I just need to move the word "UP" to the right a bit so it isn't so close to the position mark.

Thanks Ed, that is looking great :applause:

The SOH PV-2 Harpoon (lite Beta V1.0) in the liveries of the Royal Netherlands Navy and the Portuguese Air Force. These liveries were made for the very first WIP edition of the SOH Harpoon a few years ago, but they are still very useful.
Edit: These two liveries are still available in SOH's warbird library: Royal Netherlands Navy pv-2_rnln_19-10.zip and Portuguese Air Force pv-2_fap_4626.zip

Cheers,
Maarten

Thank you Maarten; they will be a welcome addition to anyone's hangar. :applause:

Well, I have the punch-list completed finally. Just waiting for more feedback on possible issues.

The VC Moving Rain took 4 hours ... always a bear when you have lots of windows X 3 with each having separate maps and rain drop flow directions. Finished now and looking sweet.

For those of you who do not want to use this feature in FSX, you can turn it off in the aircraft.cfg. No need for separate models. Not so for FS9.
But unfortunately, I have too many variants to provide both with and without the feature.

At first glance I thought this was real world! :)
Rachael, you're surpassing yourself again and again!:medals:

Best regards,
Maarten

With the "punch list" completed, I am working on preparing the rest of the Harpoon herd for beta.

If you have any issues to report, please post them here.

I now have the PV-2D models up-to-date, exported and tested. Only the tanker version remains to be done. :)

Oh, I was also able to squeeze the whole munitions enchilada into one model which is a first for the Harpoon. Long range tanks, torpedoes, rockets, guns, turret, etc and stayed under the limits. See pic #2 below. So, I accompanied that ready-for-a-mission model with one other model coming home with no rockets, torpedoes, or tanks. :)

To clarify, and not to take anything away from Firekitten, Nigel did the interior; Firekitten did the seats, the ECU, panels, and the radio face textures. It all looks great though :)

ah thank you...was not aware of the interior "decor" until recently and ..thought she had.. along with the other updates..
thanks towards Nigel, and team, for the work with this fantastic offering..!!!

Yep, Nigel has been out of action recently, so the vc panels, center console, seats, radios, radar station, nav station and radio op stations were done by me to help Milton out and finish her off :)
