A Mission question.

Hi!

Last night I flew a mission with the default Hornet, since I have been flying a Sludge's Hornet the last year or so the default plane felt very strange, especially since it is gaining alot of lift when you use the air brake. Now to my question: Is it possible to change the airplane in a mission in an wasy way, I am quite familar with editing texts in FSX so that would be considered easy =)
Thanks.

Easiest way is to check the "allow mission changes" on the briefing screen. Allow the mission to load up, then simply change your aircraft. The other way is more involved, but has you change the .flt file in the mission folder itself, open up in Notepad and look for the line [Sim.0], you will need to copy the title of whatever aircraft you want to use from the aircraft.cfg and paste in.

I leave the stock F18 in, but never touch it now that the Sludge or FSXBA model exists.

Ok, thanks for the info, great to have an easy way and a more advanced way of change the aircraft! =)
