Can you identify from which iconic aeroplane this panel comes?

No I can't, but I'm pretty sure it isn't a panel from a Messerschmitt

Based on the size and the number of gauges, it must be a reasonably simple single engine aircraft. As the label says "Attention" instead of "Caution" I think it must be an American produced aircraft.

Cheers,
Huub

In fairness Huub, you need to read the label. It says, Guess the identity of the latest development from Aeroplane Heaven.

Thanks for the explanation Bazz :biggrin-new:. But the message that the label doesn't contain a clue isn't really helping.

Its a really small panel, most likely with five switches on the right side and a very limited amount of gauges. I'm sure the central instruments contain the answer, but my age isn't helping. I'm sure I've seen these instruments before, but I can't remember where......

I'm pretty sure it isn't a Chipmunk, but currently its my best guess.......

Arggghhh don't do this to me Bazz!

Huub :dizzy:

I will have another crack at it because my Vampire T.11 guess is just wishful thinking....LOL!!!

Could it be an Auster...?

Dear All

My take is Taylorcraft aswild guess because of the upper asymetric shape-but then the jokes move through the panel and picture one dont

So.. if Bazz and co have gone to trouble of modelling all the gubbins behind panel.. figure it must be seen from a n other crew position... so how about Mossie?

Ttfn

Looks like a late 30s/early 40s gauge fit. Side by side seater. Probably english or american. Something like a training aircraft or light bomber.
Not a Blenheim though; I've checked.

I was thinking B25 or Mossie also, but not enough gauges for a B25 and for a Mosquito not enough gauges and its was a bit asymmetric. It needs to be something a bit older. Hudson maybe?
